Transportation: There are many options for transportation to the resort and around the island, like Apple Transportation & Ferguson Transportation, along with rental car options and taxi services.
Airport Information: Guests have the option of flying into Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) or Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV).

What are the rooms & suites policies?

Accepted Answer

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted on property, except on the Beach. Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and guest room balconies or patios. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction from property and a $250.00 smoking fee.
Housekeeping Services: The resort currently has limited housekeeping services that include daily trash removal and amenity and towel replenishment. If you would like anything additional beyond the current standard, please let us know at any time.

Parking Fee:
Self parking is available for $15 per car, per day.

Hilton Head Island Marketing Fee:
The Hilton Head Island Marketing Fee (1.25%) is collected to help support Beach House Hilton Head Island programming, activities, events, sustainability efforts and community outreach initiatives.

Beach House Community Impact Fee:
The Beach House Community Impact Fee (1.06%) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of our associates, the environment, and the communities in which we live.

For guests who arrive prior to check-in time, we cannot guarantee your room will be ready. Our early departure fee is $100.
Early check-in fees are $75 (in season) and $50 (off season).

Up to 2 dogs (max 35 lb each) are allowed per room. Pet fee is $60/night per dog plus tax for our standard rooms and $100/night per dog for our premium room types.

Beach House Hilton Head Island offers accessible rooms and suites with handicap-accessible showers and tubs. We also offer accessible rooms with features for the hearing impaired. All guest rooms and suites are accessible via elevator.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, self parking is available in the hotel parking lot for $15 per car, per day.
Contact the hotel for alternate solutions for camper or trailer parking, which is based upon availability.  The Front Desk team will verify the availability and cost of camper/trailer parking during the dates of your stay and will provide alternate options during dates of limited or no availability. The standard fee for camper/trailer parking is $100 per night.

Is the resort pool heated?

Yes! Our newly renovated resort pool is heated year-round so our guests can take a dip, even as the air temperatures get colder. Or, jump in our hot tub for extra warmth!

Is the resort sea turtle-friendly?

We are proud to be certified as a Sea Turtle Friendly resort by Sea Turtle Patrol Hilton Head Island. We go the extra mile in our daily operations to meet sea turtle protection standards, including adhering to sea turtle-safe standards to minimize noise and artificial light near the beach after 10 pm. What is your policy regarding firearms and weapons on the property?

For the safety and security of all guests and staff, firearms and weapons of any kind are not permitted anywhere on our property, including guest rooms, common areas, parking facilities, and all outdoor spaces. This policy applies to all guests, visitors, and third parties, regardless of permit status.

What if it rains during my stay?

If you add the Weather Guarantee when booking online, you’ll receive a daily reimbursement when 1+ hours of qualifying rain (1.5 mm/hour or more) occur between 8 AM and 8 PM during your stay.
