The Beach House is a very special place for our resort guests and dedicated Team. Everyone's health and safety is our top priority, and we've elevated our high standards. When planning to join us, we ask that you approach the Resort as your home away from home and respect our evolving protocol.


  • Guests traveling together may explore the island together, though we ask separate parties remain six feet apart.
  • We request that if you have a temperature over 100 degrees, you quarantine in your guestroom. If you experience other symptoms, please contact your health care provider and make our Managing Director aware to avoid placing others at risk.

  • As part of our health and sanitation plan, we are providing daily trash-n-tidy services after the first night and full stay-over services after the second night for guests staying three nights or longer. Our dedicated housekeeping team also continues to focus on thorough departure and pre-arrival cleanings and inspections. These services include the use of personal protective equipment, anti-viral solutions, and other precautions. If you require additional linens, towels, and supplies, we will deliver them to you.
  • If you're here for three days or more, full housekeeping service will be provided after the second night. Otherwise, our housekeepers will remain focused on daily trash-n-tidy services and thorough departure and pre-arrival cleanings.
  • Our housekeepers have been trained on our enhanced cleaning standards, which include the use of personal protective equipment, disinfecting equipment, and specialized anti-viral solutions.
  • Our new sprayers protect our Team and allow them to disinfect what you see and don't see. Before you arrive, we'll have cleaned every surface, remote, phone, bed, and everything in between. If you are visiting multiple nights, additional amenities will be placed in the room to avoid unnecessary contact with those not in your party. If you need more of anything, including linens and towels, we'll deliver it right away.


  • The Pool & Tiki Hut are both open!
  • The pool will be chlorinated to the maximum permissible levels. CDC protocol states, "There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools or hot tubs; proper operation and maintenance should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19."
  • The South Carolina Department of Health has temporarily modified pool capacities, and lounge chairs have been removed to accommodate this change.
  • All seating areas have been separated by six feet, and guests traveling together may sit with one another.
  • The Porch will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with limited seating. Poolside service will be available from the Porch team.


  • The fitness center will operate with limited capacity.
  • The fitness center is an unstaffed facility, and we ask that you please wipe down the equipment before and after each use.
  • We have an assigned member of our Team that will come through every two hours to sanitize all of the equipment.
  • We also ask if you plan to use the facility, that you bring your workout mat.
  • We encourage you to take advantage of the various outdoor spaces and activities to change your workout routine and enjoy some of the beauty of Hilton Head Island.


  • All Team Members are regularly trained on our enhanced standards, including but not limited to proper use of the provided protective equipment and hygiene, as well as the following best practices:
    • washing hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds,
    • avoiding touching eyes, nose, and mouth,
    • covering mouths and noses with a bent elbow or tissue when coughing or sneezing, and to dispose of tissues immediately, and
    • maintaining at least six (6) feet of distance from others.
  • All Team Members are monitored daily, including their temperature.


  • We understand the current environment is one of change, but our commitment to your peace of mind will not waiver. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you may do so within 24 hours of your check-in date, with no fees.
