When do you plan to reopen the pool and Tiki Hut?
The pool and the Tiki Hut are both open!
Have you revised your cancellation and change policies?
We understand the current environment is one of change, but our commitment to your peace of mind will not waiver. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you may do so within 24 hours of your check-in date, with no fees.
What's the best way to make reservations or changes right now?
Please email reservations@thebeachhousehhi.com. You may also call us at 855-474-2882, but current wait times are longer than usual, and you will likely be asked to leave a message out of respect for your time.

Are you providing in-stay housekeeping?
As part of our health and sanitation plan, we are providing daily trash-n-tidy services after the first night and full stay-over services after the second night for guests staying three nights or longer. Our dedicated housekeeping team also continues to focus on thorough departure and pre-arrival cleanings and inspections. These services include the use of personal protective equipment, anti-viral solutions, and other precautions. If you require additional linens, towels, and supplies, we will deliver them to you.
